We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team and help us expand our digital presence by generating new business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other online platforms.
Role Description:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities on freelance marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).
- Write and submit winning proposals that align with client requirements.
- Build strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
- Analyze client needs and collaborate with the internal team to create tailored solutions.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and project acquisition.
- Stay updated with platform trends, bidding strategies, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in generating business through Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proposal writing is a must).
- Strong understanding of IT, Digital Marketing, Web Development, or related services.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
