Position: Team Lead – Customer Services (International)
Industry: BPO
Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Shifts: Rotational (5 Days a Week)
Salary: Market Competitive
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve service excellence.
Develop and implement international strategies in collaboration with leadership.
Oversee global projects, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
Foster a culturally aware and inclusive team environment.
Set and monitor key performance metrics, providing insights to management.
Act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders to drive seamless operations.
What We're Looking For:
Must have a bachelor's degree in any field.
Must have minimum 1 year of relevant experience leading a team (preferably in BPO).
Strong understanding of global markets and cross-cultural communication.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
