Business Development Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the textile/apparel or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of success in export sales and international client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of global trade regulations, logistics, and compliance. - Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target export markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clientele.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with product development and production teams to align offerings with market demand.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals with overseas buyers.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
