We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer with a strong focus on firewall and security to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructure with expertise in ๐๐š๐ฅ๐จ ๐€๐ฅ๐ญ๐จ ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฐ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ, ๐†๐ฅ๐จ๐›๐š๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ญ๐ž๐œ๐ญ ๐•๐๐, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐‚๐ข๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐ฑ ๐๐ž๐ญ๐’๐œ๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ซ ๐ญ๐ž๐œ๐ก๐ง๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ. . Knowledge of Azure cloud, scripting, and automation is a plus. Azure networking experience (Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, VPN Gateway, Application Gateway, Azure Firewall, Load Balancer, and ExpressRoute) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Configure and manage ๐๐š๐ฅ๐จ ๐€๐ฅ๐ญ๐จ ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฐ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ, ๐†๐ฅ๐จ๐›๐š๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ญ๐ž๐œ๐ญ ๐•๐๐, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐‚๐ข๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐ฑ ๐๐ž๐ญ๐’๐œ๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ซ solutions to protect our network and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network security issues.
  • Monitor and maintain network security, conducting regular security assessments, and implementing necessary security measures.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Configure and maintain Cisco routing and switching, wireless, ISE, and SDWAN technologies as needed.
  • Optimize network performance and security through scripting, and automation, where applicable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives with a focus on security.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to end-users, addressing security-related concerns.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, security policies, and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in network security to continuously improve our IT infrastructure.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proven experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Global Protect VPN.
  • Proven experience with Citrix NetScaler.
  • Strong background in network security, with hands-on experience in configuring and managing security solutions.
  • Experience with Cisco routing and switching, wireless, ISE, and SDWAN technologies.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud, scripting, and automation is beneficial. Azure networking experience (Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, VPN Gateway, Application Gateway, Azure Firewall, Load Balancer, and ExpressRoute) will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on security-related issues.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and technologies.
