Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist, located in Islamabad. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing network administration, providing IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as maintaining and monitoring network systems, resolving IT-related problems, and implementing security measures.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or similar are a plus
