What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the Pipeline: Manage the complete sales cycle, starting with high-volume cold prospecting and initial engagement.
  • High-Octane Activity: Successfully navigate 200-500 daily calls leveraging our advanced AI-powered dialer to maximize contact rates and efficiency.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery, qualify B2B prospects, pitch our solution, and handle all objections on your way to closing the deal.
  • Negotiate & Close: Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive price quotes and proposals, negotiating terms to secure new customer contracts and hit monthly targets.
  • CRM and Tech Management: Maintain meticulous pipeline hygiene and utilize our sales tech stack to its full potential.

What Makes You an Ideal Candidate

We are looking for self-starters who are already fluent in the tools that power modern sales.

  • Proven Closer: You have demonstrated success in a B2B sales role, ideally where you owned the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing).
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: You are comfortable working with high-volume dialers (like Kixie, RingCentral, or Nextiva) and Sales Intelligence platforms (ZoomInfo, , etc.).
  • CRM Master: Prior hands-on experience with a major CRM (like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot) is a significant advantage. You know that if it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen.
  • Startup Mindset: You are comfortable in a lean, startup environment—you are adaptable, resourceful, and capable of self-managing a demanding workload.
  • Grit and Resilience: You view rejection as a necessary step toward the next "Yes" and maintain energy through high-volume activity.
