Role Overview:

We're looking for a 
Customer Success Manager (CSM)
 who will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about building long-term relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and enabling business growth through proactive engagement and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project delivery and post-deployment support.
  • Understand client needs, business goals, and success metrics to align Techfinity's solutions effectively.
  • Drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction through regular communication and strategic account management.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and prepare client success reports.
  • Support pre-sales and proposal processes when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT.
  • 4–6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relationship roles, ideally within the 
    telecom, banking, or IT/SI industry
    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously.
