Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior HR Representative located in Islamabad. The Junior HR Representative will perform various administrative tasks and support HR-related activities. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, attendance, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding programs, and handling employee inquiries. Other tasks may involve supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and programs. Coordinate training sessions & basic HR reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience with administrative and clerical tasks, including maintaining records and documentation
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening
  • Proficiency in coordinating onboarding programs and conducting employee orientations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience of 0-2 years in a similar role is an advantage
