Front Desk Officer(FDO) At Ali Brothers
Location
: Islamabad (Blue Area)

Timings
: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)

Experience
: 1-2 year in relevant Department

Key Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in English communication)
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Personal convince/transportation arrangement
  • Provide administrative support to staff (document preparation, filing, photocopying, scanning).
  • Maintain and update staff contact lists, records, and filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Support HR and administration in onboarding new employees (desk setup, orientation assistance).
  • Assist in expense tracking, petty cash management, and invoice processing.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of office circulars, notices, and memos.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Provide overall support to the management and other departments as required.
