  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate and establish long-term relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the development of procurement budgets and monitor expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Conduct cost analyses to identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Assess and evaluate the quality of goods and services received, addressing any discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement metrics, including savings achieved, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and products.
  • Manage procurement process from requisition through sourcing, purchasing, and receiving.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with store department to procure demand order and assess inventory levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools (ERP Oracle) or
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends, supplier sourcing, and contract management.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
