About the Role

We are searching for a motivated professional who shares our passion for financial freedom, capital markets and believes in the importance of investing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a base in financial knowledge and capital markets, with 0-1 years of experience in a similar role and/or personal finance endeavors.

The role combines business development responsibilities and client relationship management, with the goal of building long-term client relationships, guiding investors, and expanding Wealth Street's message and reach.

Salary range: 120k - 150k

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients.
  • Provide guidance and advice on investment opportunities, trading strategies, and portfolio development.
  • Educate clients on capital market fundamentals and Wealth Street's offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Wealth Street's client base.
  • Collaborate with the management team to design and implement client engagement and awareness initiatives.
  • Stay updated with market trends, regulations, and investment products to advise clients effectively.
  • Brainstorm with the team to come up with innovative ways to educate and inform everyday Pakistanis about financial independence and the importance of investing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), PMEX, and general capital market dynamics.
  • Previous experience of 0-1 years in client handling, business development, or brokerage services in a finance based industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and passionate about promoting financial awareness and inclusion.
