Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical PreSales Manager to lead solution design and client engagement for banking technology products. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and business needs, supporting sales teams with tailored demos, proposals, and strategic insights. You'll work closely with clients to understand their challenges and deliver compelling, customized solutions that drive adoption and revenue.


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  1. Client Engagement & Solution Mapping:

Collaborate with banking clients to understand their business requirements and map them to appropriate technical solutions.

  1. Product Demonstrations & Technical Presentations:

Deliver high-impact demos and presentations that showcase product capabilities and value propositions.

  1. Proposal Development & RFP Support:

Lead the creation of technical content for proposals, RFPs, and RFIs, ensuring alignment with client needs and compliance standards.

  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and feedback integration.

  1. Market & Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated on banking technology trends and competitor offerings to position solutions effectively.

  1. Technical Enablement & Training:

Provide training and support to internal teams and partners on product features, updates, and best practices.
