Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Karachi. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing information about products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also support customers by answering queries, processing orders, and addressing issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
