Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused
Customer Service Representative
to join our team in Karachi. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, providing accurate product/service information, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Providing detailed information about products and services.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and offering effective solutions.
  • Recording and maintaining accurate customer information.
  • Following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve the customer experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    Customer Service Representative

    roles.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Customer Satisfaction

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using
    customer management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or additional qualifications will be a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
