About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled National Key Account Manager to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the FMCG INUDSTRY and a proven track record of managing key accounts in IMT and LMT channels. This role focuses on developing strategic relationships and driving business growth through effective management of accounts such as Hyperstar, Carrefourr, Metro, Imtiaz, and CSDs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account management plans to achieve sales and growth objectives within the FMCG sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at major retail outlets, including Hyperstar, Carrefour, Metro, Imtiaz, and CSDs.

  • Negotiate annual business plans, trade terms, and promotional activities to maximize ROI.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring targets for revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) to ensure efficient execution of account plans.

  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.

  • Drive brand visibility and execute initiatives to enhance market share within modern trade.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 8–10 years in the FMCG industry, with a focus on key account management in IMTs and LMTs.

  • Proven expertise in managing accounts with retailers like Hyperstar, Carrefour, Metro, Imtiaz, and CSDs.

  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and CRM tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple accounts effectively.
