We're seeking motivated and presentable
Key account Managers
for our growing enterprise clientele for POS Systems.

Ideal candidate should have
strong
interpersonal skills, customer centric mindset, and ability to communicate with enterprises effectively across various channels including phone, emails and in-person visits to businesses assuring strong client relations.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing and growing portfolio with satisfactory support to enterprise clientele.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact to assigned clients addressing and resolving all their issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct and manage timely follow-ups with the business owners and managers to assure operations are running smooth.
  • Scheduled phone calls, emails and visits to businesses assuring everything is taken care.
  • Inter-department coordinate and with technical team to provide seamless service delivery.
  • Maintaining detailed records of client's interactions, issues and feedback in CRM.
  • Leading onboarding process of setting up equipment and account creations.
  • Providing trainings to business staff when required.
  • Client retention.

Qualification & Skills

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field from a reputed university.
  • Experience in client relationship management (Preferably in Tech or POS Industry)
  • Should have a presentable and pleasant attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to visit client's businesses by scheduling meetings where required.
