
Key Account Manager

SIAR DIGITAL is looking for Key Account Manager to oversee the development and execution of brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer experience, and translating data into action.
Key Responsibilities
-Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies tailored for e-commerce marketplaces.
-Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
-Product Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely collection launches.
-Campaign Management: Design and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversion on marketplace platforms.
-Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize the customer experience.
-Content Creation: Oversee the creation of content for marketplace.
-Budget Management: Manage the brand budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
-Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.
-Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
