Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Plan employee engagement initiatives to boost motivation.
  • Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Prepare HR reports and share insights with management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR management experience (education sector preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Pakistan labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
