Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, or related field
. - Minimum
2 years of experience
in Customer Success, Sales Support, or Account Management. - Excellent
English communication skills
(both written & verbal). - Experience with
CRM tools
(Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar). - Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and client-handling skills.
