Job description
Biztek Apps is seeking dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Defence Moor, Walton Road, Lahore If you're passionate about sales, customer service, and have excellent communication skills, this is your chance to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
Salary: PKR 75,000 – PKR 100,000 + lucrative commissions & bonuses

What You'll Do:
Convert warm leads into successful sales
Provide top-tier support and resolve customer queries
Communicate professionally via calls, emails, & chat
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer experience
Maintain accurate client records & handle objections effectively
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Arts ,English
Skills:
Strong communication with an excellent American accent
Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
Fast typing speed & exceptional writing skills
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
Experience: Sales or client servicing experience is a plus but not mandatory
