Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a
Senior Upwork Bidder
. The Senior Upwork Bidder will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's presence on freelance platforms, primarily Upwork. The role includes identifying potential projects, preparing and submitting compelling proposals, communicating with clients, and converting opportunities into successful contracts. The candidate will also collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in
    Upwork bidding
    or
    freelance platform sales
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    proposal writing
    ,
    client communication
    , and
    lead conversion
    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze project requirements and craft customized proposals.
  • Experience in handling
    IT services
    , including web development, mobile apps, or digital marketing projects.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to meet monthly bidding and conversion goals.
  • Familiarity with tools like
