Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Upwork Bidder who has strong expertise in UI/UX Designing and Web Development to join our growing team at DevExcel IT Solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on Upwork, writing customized proposals, and helping our design and development team secure international clients.

Responsibilities

  • Search, identify, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork related to UI/UX design, Web Development, and Front-end/Full-stack services.
  • Write persuasive and tailored proposals that match client requirements.
  • Communicate with clients professionally and manage pre-sale discussions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design & development) for project understanding.
  • Maintain daily bidding records and report progress to the management.
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets for successful proposals and project closures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive in an IT company.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing tools, and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to draft clear, engaging, and customized proposals.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong time management skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
