We're looking for an
Upwork Bidder / Business Developer
to join our team and help us scale our Upwork and freelance profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our Upwork profiles by sending quality proposals and nurturing client relationships.
  • Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and pitch our services effectively.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align project requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects and clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or business developer in a digital/creative agency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with commitment and integrity.
  • Must be fully dedicated —
    no parallel jobs or freelance projects allowed.
  • Please note: Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination without warning.
