Position Summary

We're seeking a
Telegram Bot & Blockchain Developer
who can merge cutting-edge blockchain technology with high-performance, real-time messaging systems. In this role, you'll design and implement advanced Telegram bots that directly integrate with decentralized networks, power complex user interactions, and scale to handle high concurrency, while also contributing to blockchain smart contract development and multi-chain integrations.

What You'll Be Doing

Telegram Bot Engineering

  • Build advanced Telegram bots with custom logic that interact with blockchain wallets, dApps, and DeFi protocols.
  • Develop high-performance bot flows for trading, staking, governance, and other Web3 use cases.
  • Integrate bots with APIs, WebSockets, and blockchain events for real-time interactions.

Blockchain Development

  • Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on
    Solana (Rust)
    and
    EVM-compatible chains (Solidity)
    .
  • Work on cross-chain interoperability solutions, token integrations, and on-chain/off-chain communication.
  • Implement blockchain event listeners that trigger bot actions instantly.

Backend & API Development

  • Build secure APIs in
    & TypeScript
    to connect blockchain systems and bot logic.
  • Manage real-time data flows, caching (Redis), and database interactions (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Optimize for high availability and low-latency performance.

Security & Performance

  • Implement strict security practices for wallet authentication, data protection, and transaction validation.
  • Monitor and optimize bot performance for high concurrency and uptime.

Collaboration & Deployment

  • Work closely with blockchain, product, and frontend teams to integrate bot features with the full ecosystem.
  • Deploy and maintain systems using
    Docker, AWS
    , and modern DevOps tools.

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

  • 2+ years
    in backend or bot development with
    & TypeScript
    .
  • Strong experience with the
    Telegram Bot API
    and Telegram libraries.
  • Solid blockchain development skills with
    Solidity, Rust, ,
    .
  • Experience connecting bots to blockchain wallets and decentralized apps.
  • Deep understanding of WebSocket communication and real-time processing.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis for scalable data handling.
  • Familiarity with Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.

Blockchain Expertise

  • Solana:
    Rust, Anchor, Solana CLI.
  • EVM:
    Solidity, , , Truffle/Hardhat.
  • Understanding of DeFi protocols, cross-chain bridges, and tokenomics.

Bot Development Expertise

  • Experience building Telegram bots for Web3 use cases (trading, governance, NFT, staking, etc.).
  • Ability to design scalable conversation flows, inline queries, and real-time interactions.
  • Knowledge of analytics and performance optimization for bots at scale.
