Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Manager, based in the Karachi Division with the flexibility of some work-from-home days. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee business development, establish and maintain relationships with clients, and develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, negotiating contracts, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends to align business objectives with industry demands.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Market Analysis
  • Leadership and Team Management skills to mentor and guide the sales team effectively
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for building client trust and collaboration
  • Ability to analyze and monitor industry trends and translate findings into actionable plans
  • Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
