𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Develop and implement the company's Compliance risk strategy, framework, and policies in line with SBP regulations and international best practices.

  • Spearhead all aspects of AML, KYC, CFT, and PF policies, procedures, monitoring, and reporting to mitigate financial crime risks.

  • Review and ensure all policies, product programs, and SOPs are fully aligned with evolving SBP regulations. Timely disseminate regulatory updates to all relevant stakeholders.

  • Establish robust standards and controls to prevent, detect, and address non-compliance. Integrate compliance risks into the Enterprise Risk Management framework.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, including handling SBP inspections and liaising with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs).

  • Report regularly to the Board Risk Committee (BRC) and Board of Directors (BOD), escalating issues of non-compliance and ensuring timely corrective actions.

  • Design and deliver comprehensive compliance and AML/CFT training programs to promote a proactive culture of compliance and ethics across the organization.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within a financial institution.

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Expert knowledge of SBP, SECP, and FATF regulations, particularly AML/CFT.

Proven expertise in risk and policy management.

Strong ability in effective liaison with regulators and external stakeholders.
