Responsibilities: Monitor & supervise the sales & receivables function for different segments including but not limited to Retail, Key Accounts, and Distribution. Monitor & supervise the Payables function. Monitor & supervise the Taxation & Treasury functions. Implement and oversee Point of Sale (POS) monitoring systems for retail shops. Supervise the retail audit function & ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Lead and mentor the Sales & Receivables team, providing guidance and support to ensure team effectiveness and efficiency. Lead and mentor the Payable, Treasury, & Taxation teams, providing guidance and support to ensure team effectiveness and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Marketing to streamline processes and optimize performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to sales and receivables management. Play a key role in the preparation of Monthly & Yearly Financial Statements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards. Assisting the CFO in managing the overall Finance Department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250, Rs300,000.00 per month
