Role Summary

ABS International seeks a skilled Customer Support Specialist to handle international night operations. Deliver outstanding service to global clients while advancing your career at our Karachi center. Primary Duties

  • Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat systems for international clients.
  • Establish and nurture strong connections to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Support customer retention through product promotion and proactive engagement.
  • Work with internal departments for efficient problem resolution.
  • Maintain precise customer documentation and interaction records in CRM systems.

Qualifications Needed

  • Minimum 1 year of international customer support experience (BPO or call center background preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written (C1 level or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated capability to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
  • Availability for both night shift schedule options (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM PKT).
  • Strong analytical abilities, multitasking skills, and proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Zendesk).
