Role Summary

ABS International is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to handle international night operations. Provide outstanding service to global clients while advancing your customer service career at our Karachi center. This role includes complete training and development opportunities in international client support.

Primary Duties

  • Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat systems
  • Establish and nurture strong connections with international customers
  • Support customer retention through product promotion
  • Work with internal departments for effective problem resolution
  • Keep precise customer documentation and interaction records

Qualifications Needed

  • Minimum 1 year of international customer support experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • Demonstrated capability to solve complex customer issues
  • Available for both night shift schedule options
  • Background in call center or BPO environment preferred
  • Strong analytical abilities and multitasking skills
