Company Description

Dowites78 Operation Theatre Complex (DOTS) was established to fulfill the pledge of graduates of Dow Medical and Health Sciences and their philanthropic friends to provide free-of-cost, quality surgical care to underprivileged patients. The Complex comprises 14 state-of-the-art operation theatres that cater to Cancer, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, ENT, Pediatric, Maxillofacial, Vascular, and Plastic surgeries.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi for an Assistant Marketing and Fundraising professional. The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives, creating fundraising campaigns, managing donor relations, and coordinating events. Daily tasks include developing marketing materials, managing social media accounts, conducting outreach to potential donors, and assisting in the organization of fundraising events.

Qualifications

  • Experience in creating fundraising campaigns, donor relations, and event coordination.
  • Communication and Writing: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including content creation for marketing materials and social media management
  • Organizational and Multitasking: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Digital and Social Media: Proficiency in managing social media platforms and using digital tools for marketing purposes
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment and coordinate with multiple departments
  • Beneficial Skills: Previous experience in the healthcare or non-profit sector is a plus, as well as knowledge of CRM systems
  • Bachelors degree holder and must be presentable.
