To succeed, Thokmandee needs to be more than just a platform. We are aiming for visibility, trust, and growth in the EU market. This is where our Digital Marketing Manager/Lead comes in. You'll be using your skills and knowledge to build and polish our digital presence, ensuring we're not only reaching the right audiences but also converting them into active users. From overseeing, structuring funnels to driving measurable KPIs, you'll be essential to our growth, helping us become the go-to marketplace for wholesale buyers and sellers in Europe.
A core part of this role will be understanding the EU wholesale and B2B landscape. You'll conduct extensive market research to identify trends, buyer behaviors, competitor strategies, and untapped opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute
structured marketing funnels
to attract, nurture, and convert both buyers and sellers
- Lead our content, social media and development team to align with our strategic marketing plans
- Lead
SEO, SEM, and paid ad campaigns
across Google, LinkedIn, and other key channels
- Audit and
refine Thokmandee's existing digital presence
, ensuring consistency and professionalism across platforms
- Manage
content strategies
for our content writers (blogs, newsletters, social, email campaigns) to educate and engage
- Design
performance dashboards and KPIs
to track ROI, lead quality, and campaign success
- Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing goals with business growth
- Create social media strategies for
Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
to boost brand visibility and engagement with
organic content
aligned with brand voice.

Ultimately, the goal is sales conversions through innovative online marketing and enhancing customer engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in
digital marketing for B2B, SaaS, or marketplaces - Hands-on expertise in
SEO, paid ads, analytics, and marketing automation - Strong strategic mindset with the ability to
balance big-picture planning with execution - resourceful, experimental, and proactive
- Ability to set clear
KPIs and processes
, while also bringing creativity and innovation
