HR Intern – Sigi Technologies

Location: 2nd Floor, Bhutta Plaza, 2A Kibriya Town, Near Ali Town Orange Line Train Station, Raiwind Road, Lahore.

Duration: 3 months

Office Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (Mon-Fri)

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in various administrative and recruitment tasks. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources within the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new hires.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as documentation, attendance tracking, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.

Learning Outcomes

  • Gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Develop a strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Enhance interpersonal and communication skills through direct interaction with employees and candidates.
  • Learn to use HR tools and software for managing employee records and recruitment.

Qualifications

  • Education: Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, BBA, Sociology, Gender Studies, English, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn mindset.
