Position: Human Resource Intern

Job Type: Full-time || On-site

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Gulberg II, Lahore

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in an HR role or internship.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, employee engagement, and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Knowledge of HR software or tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.
  • Address employee queries and escalate concerns to relevant team members when necessary.
