Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Islamabad. The Telesales Executive will engage in daily calls with prospective clients to promote real estate development opportunities, generate leads, and ensure high-quality customer interactions. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, handling inquiries, following up on potential leads, achieving sales targets, and maintaining an excellent customer experience at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with potential clients and team members.
- Customer service and customer support skills to address inquiries and provide exceptional client care.
- Experience with lead generation and sales processes for identifying and converting promising opportunities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to meeting sales goals and targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools; prior experience in real estate or telesales is a plus.
