Role Description

We are looking for an ambitious and enthused individual with strong foundations in Tele sales who are familiar with Solar Energy Solution sales to join Mason1 .

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers for Solar Energy Sales
  • Present and sell company products/services i.e Solar Energy Related
  • Meetings with Team Lead & Daily strategy discussion.
  • Make new customers via Leads given by company
  • Must have Lead Gen capability
  • Daily Broadcasting products to customers for higher engagement
  • Understand customer needs and provide the right solutions
  • Maintain accurate call records and update CRM / SHEET
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Extreme Energy & convincing skills required
  • Communication English / Urdu must be good

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree minimum ( BBA / Engineering is a plus )
  • Experience 06 months to 01 year in call centre/renewable energy is a plus
