Role Description
We are looking for an ambitious and enthused individual with strong foundations in Tele sales who are familiar with Solar Energy Solution sales to join Mason1 .

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for Solar Energy Sales
- Present and sell company products/services i.e Solar Energy Related
- Meetings with Team Lead & Daily strategy discussion.
- Make new customers via Leads given by company
- Must have Lead Gen capability
- Daily Broadcasting products to customers for higher engagement
- Understand customer needs and provide the right solutions
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM / SHEET
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Extreme Energy & convincing skills required
- Communication English / Urdu must be good
Incentives

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree minimum ( BBA / Engineering is a plus )
- Experience 06 months to 01 year in call centre/renewable energy is a plus
