We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Chat Support Assistant / SMS Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of digital outreach campaigns and lead engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outgoing communications, responding to inbound messages, organizing lead information, and ensuring campaign processes run smoothly.

Job Details:

  • Office Timing: 6 PM to 3 AM (Pakistan Time)
  • Starting Salary: 50,000/- PKR
  • Job Type: Full Time (On-Site)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in execution of marketing campaigns including Text Marketing, SMM and other out bound marketing campaigns.
  • Respond all the incoming leads from Text Marketing, and Social Media.
  • Conduct data analysis to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather and analyze data, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and data analysis.
  • Motivated to work on same task for long periods.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
  • Comfortable with digital tools, spreadsheets, and CRM basics
  • Experience required is 0 to 6 months
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
