We are seeking a motivated and confident Female Intern to join our Chat Support Team. The ideal candidate should have excellent written English skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service. This is an in-person, full-time internship with opportunities for growth and permanent placement based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through live chat and email, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Educate customers about our products and services with clarity and professionalism.
  • Identify customer needs and ensure a positive support experience throughout the interaction.
  • Handle multiple live chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and courtesy.
  • Keep customers informed about new features, offers, and updates.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and help generate positive feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a pleasant and supportive work environment.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Excellent English writing and comprehension skills.
  • Typing speed of 35–40 WPM with at least 90% accuracy.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to multi-task and manage several customer chats efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or help desk tools (a plus).
  • Must be polite, confident, and customer-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or currently enrolled).
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, call centers, or chat support preferred.
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
