WE'RE HIRING FOR AN ONSITE SUPPORT ENGINEER IN PAKISTAN

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Onsite Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical assistance across hardware, software, and networking systems. This role involves supporting end-users onsite, troubleshooting devices, and providing smart hands support for network and data center equipment. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide onsite and deskside IT support for end-users, covering hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and related peripherals.
  • Deliver hands and feet support for network and data center equipment to ensure operational continuity.
  • Manage Active Directory tasks, including user account setup, mailbox creation, and access permissions.
  • Support and maintain end-user devices (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices) while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to SLAs.
What You Need:
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, including Microsoft Office support.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and smart hands support for network/data center equipment.
  • Experience with SCCM, Windows imaging, and endpoint management tools.
  • Excellent customer service orientation, with strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure AD) and optional IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator).
