NextGen Energy Traders Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the energy trading sector. We are committed to innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Manager to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Implement internal controls and streamline accounting processes.
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CA Inter / CA / CMA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Highly skilled in speaking English with our international clients
