Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial standards, and internal policies.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and profitability.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required.
- Lead and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or professional certifications like ACCA, CA, or CMA preferred).

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards.
