BG is hiring a PPC Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing. You'll analyze key metrics, conduct keyword research, and create strategies that drive strong SEM performance and ROI. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on campaign management, along with collaboration across Content, SEO, and Analytics teams. You will support overall paid-search strategy, mentor peers, and stay updated on PPC trends to continually improve results.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns.
  • Perform keyword research and ongoing performance analysis.
  • Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC with broader marketing goals.
  • Optimize ad copy and landing pages to boost conversions.
  • Track KPIs, manage multiple projects, and stay updated on PPC trends.
