Role Overview

As an
Email Marketing Specialist

at TheHexaTown, you will play a vital role in generating early-stage sales activity and enriching our pipeline. This program is designed to sharpen your outbound sales and prospecting skills, preparing you for future growth within our sales organization. You will receive structured training, mentorship, and clear milestones to accelerate your career development.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Pipeline Generation

  • Identify, research, and qualify new prospects through outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Execute personalized outreach sequences, ensuring high engagement and meeting scheduling rates.
  • Conduct early-stage discovery conversations and effectively manage initial objections.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring pipeline visibility and data hygiene.
  • Enrich and validate prospect/company data using leading tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Nurture and convert leads into Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) through tailored communications.

Quality Assurance & Collaboration

  • Participate in peer-reviewing opportunities to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Align with Sales and Marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and follow-up strategies.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in outbound sales.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience

in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, or data operations (internship/project experience also considered).
- Strong interest in outbound sales, prospecting, and multi-channel lead enrichment (experience in SaaS/technology is a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach platforms (
Salesforce,

HubSpot, Apollo, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to build a career in sales.
