Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and pursue new sales opportunities in the solar energy market through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking events.
Develop & maintain strong relationships with banks and the relationship managers to ensure regular customers interactions understand their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
Conduct site visits to assess solar feasibility and provide product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of solar energy solutions.
Prepare accurate and customized quotes and proposals based on customer requirements, system specifications, and financial analysis.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize sales agreements, ensuring a win-win situation for both the customer and the company.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends
Requirements:
Proven Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
Knowledge of Solar Energy Industry: Strong understanding of solar energy products, services, and technologies.
Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
