Job Description:

We are seeking a CA - Finalist with 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and operational accounting, preferably supporting US based clients. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and well-versed in managing day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with US-based teams for compliance, audits, and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.
  • Handle end-to-end bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting activities for US-based entities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
  • Work with tools such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, Netsuite, or similar accounting software.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting processes.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining internal couffels and process improvements

Requirements

  • Qualified CA - Finalist.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the US market.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, operational accounting, and US GAAP
  • Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms leg. QuickBooks, Xero, Netsuite)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs60,000.00 per month
