Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Manager, located in Lahore District. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and relationship building. Day-to-day tasks include directly engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing customer data to improve service delivery, and implementing strategies to maintain and grow customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Customer Service skills including Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Building
- Analytical Skills for assessing customer data and improving service delivery
- Experience in Customer Retention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus
