We're Hiring: Customer Success Manager
Sourceed is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager
to join our team in Lahore. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with Sourceed's services.
- Manage client onboarding, training, and adoption to ensure a smooth experience.
- Monitor customer health metrics, usage, and feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client challenges and enhance service delivery.
- Drive customer retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring maximum value and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM and customer success tools is preferred.
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with a focus on results.
