Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations and Admin Officer to support our Human Resources functions and ensure efficient administrative processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, employee records, benefits administration, and general office administration, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical) in the HR system.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., documentation, orientation, exit interviews).
- Process employee attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll inputs.
- Support the performance management cycle and track probation and appraisal timelines.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with HR policy implementation and compliance monitoring.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection compliance at all times.
Administration:
- Oversee office administration activities including procurement of supplies, maintenance, and vendor management.
- Manage facility operations like housekeeping, security, and office equipment servicing.
- Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff when required.
- Support administrative needs of various departments.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and monitor usage.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Pay: Rs50, Rs70,000.00 per month
