Job Title: On-Site Virtual Assistant (Islamabad)

Job Summary:

Fast Force is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant in Islamabad. As an on-site Virtual Assistant, you'll be working from our office in Islamabad while handling clients virtually across the US and Canada. If you're a graduate from a reputable university with a strong background in administration, graphic designing, social media management, business development, and accountancy, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to clients virtually, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.

  • Manage client relationships, respond to queries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Utilize graphic design skills to create engaging visual content for clients.

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance client presence.

  • Drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship building.

  • Manage accounts, transactions, and financial records with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in virtual assistance, administration, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of handling clients virtually and providing excellent customer service.

  • Strong graphic design, social media management, and business development skills.

  • Proficiency in accountancy and financial management.

  • Ability to work in US hours (flexibility to adjust to client's time zone).
