Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team based in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of the GoHighLevel platform and a passion for digital marketing and automation. You will be responsible for assisting our team and clients with various tasks within the GoHighLevel ecosystem, helping to streamline processes and boost productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and organizing client accounts on the GoHighLevel platform.

  • Help build and maintain marketing funnels, landing pages, and websites.

  • Support the creation and implementation of email and SMS campaigns.

  • Assist with setting up and managing automation workflows and triggers.

  • Help manage CRM tasks such as lead and pipeline management.

  • Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for clients within the GoHighLevel platform.

  • Assist with client onboarding and support.

Requirements:

  • Basic familiarity with the GoHighLevel platform is highly desirable.

  • Understanding of core GoHighLevel features such as CRM, funnels, and marketing automation.

  • A basic knowledge of building funnels, workflows, and campaigns within GoHighLevel.

  • Experience with setting up and managing calendars and appointments is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A tech-savvy individual with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools quickly.
