Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant located in Islamabad. The Virtual Assistant will handle various administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, organizing schedules, making travel arrangements, and handling inquiries. The assistant will also be responsible for data entry, maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting with customer support activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills, including scheduling, correspondence management, and travel arrangements
  • Excellent data entry and record-keeping skills
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and documentation
  • Experience in customer support and handling inquiries
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software such as Notion
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in administration or a related field
